California investors may be interested to learn how commercial real estate executives view the current market. In a recent survey commissioned by CIT for Forbes Insights, 201 senior executives were asked to provide insight on trends in the commercial real estate market. The senior executives who were surveyed work at CRE management, investment, brokerage, legal and financing firms.
Settlement reached in television lawsuit
California television fans may have heard that Fox and Leftfield Pictures have reached a settlement of the lawsuit Leftfield Pictures filed against the network. The suit was filed in New York in July 2015 and sought $4.5 million.
