Gregg A. Rapoport
Gregg A. Rapoport joined the firm as Of Counsel in 2015. Drawing from his years as an associate and partner at a national firm and subsequently at smaller boutique firms, he brings a depth of experience in complex commerc ial, real estate, and insurance matters, as well as the breadth of a "generalist" litigation practice.
Known for taking on the most challenging, high-stakes cases, whether in the trial and appellate courts or in arbitration, Gregg has successfully represented companies, shareholders, entrepreneurs , nonprofits and individuals in hundreds of federal and state cases across California and beyond. Among other areas, Gregg advises clients and handles their disputes involving contract breach, commercial leases, fraud, corporate governance, trade secrets, contractual interference, trademarks, insurance bad faith, defamation, and network data breaches.
Gregg has authored articles on data breach and insurance. He currently serves as a member of the Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine Editorial Board and the L.A. County Bar's Lawyer Referral Service.
